WE'VE GOT AN ANNOUNCEMENT...
We are VERY excited to share with you that we have received funding from Arts Council England for our Research and Development project, MENTAL.
MENTAL will be a pertinent and politically challenging piece of theatre exploring the mental health experiences of women of colour. The R&D project will support us in developing a script from the earliest research stage to being production ready and will offer audiences the chance to see a high quality, challenging, politically-engaged piece of theatre in the making, complete with a healthy dose of dark humour and music.
None of this would be possible without the help of the theatres who are supporting us (Tara Theatre, The Junction (Cambridge), Oxford Playhouse and Greenwich Theatre) and the fantastic creative team (to be announced) who are joining us on this exciting journey. Watch this space!
